BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking condition

Weekly Rental Prices: are inclusive of maid service and gas, water and electricity charges unless specified otherwise. All properties are equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Clients are, however, asked to bring their own beach/pool towels. A food starter pack is included when applicable.


Maid Service:

Maid Service is provided 5 days per week, but not at weekends or public holidays unless this coincides with a changeover day.


Number of Persons:

With the exception of very young children, the capacity of the property cannot be exceeded without prior arrangement. Only those persons named on the booking form, unless agreed by us in writing, may occupy the property.


Deposits:

The property may be reserved, subject to availability, upon receipt of a 20% deposit enclosed with the booking form. Bookings made by telephone, fax or email will be considered provisional and held for 4 days to await arrival of the deposit and signed booking form. Final payment is due 9 weeks before departure.


Insurance:

When booking your flight we strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance. We can arrange this for you if required.


Cancellations:

Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be made in writing. You will be liable for the cancellation charge calculated from the date we receive your written notification. The charges are as follows:
Up to 8 weeks before departure - loss of deposit.
4 - 8 weeks before departure - 50% of the total cost.
2 - 4 weeks before departure - 75% of the total cost.
2 weeks or less before departure - 100% of the total cost.


Breakages:

A deposit is taken to cover any breakages or damage to the property during your stay. The amount (by separate cheques) applies as follows:-
Studios, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments & Cottage villas - £100
3 & 4 bedroom Villas - £150.
5 bedroom villas - £200.
Assuming no damage has occured, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the completion of your holiday.


Arrivals & Departures:

Properties should be vacated by 10a.m. on the day of departure to enable the maids to prepare for arrivals after 12 noon.


Complaints:

Should you have a complaint about the apartment or villa, you MUST notify our office in Cerro Grande at the earliest opportunity so that the matter can be dealt with promptly. If it is not resolved, the complaint must be made in writing to our office at Cerro Grande or in the UK within 14 days of the completion of your holiday. Carriers term of business relating to flights booked by us, transfers etc. are part of this agreement.


Public Services:

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services such as water, electricity or gas and no compensation will be payable.
